Shipping is currently via GoSweetSpot and Castle Parcels, using their eco-friendly mailers. Orders which select the Envelope shipping method will be sent via NZ Post in an A5 envelope. We process orders approximately once a week; please leave a note if you need an order urgently.

If you’d like to pick up your order in Auckland, choose the Local Pickup option and leave a note. We’ll arrange a pickup date and location, usually at one of the in-person PAPA events or meetings.

For international shipping, there are new NZ Post airmail options; for previously incarcerated people, on most orders all you’ll have to pay is shipping. In both cases, or if you’d like to arrange a different pickup situation (or if shipping seems wrong!), please contact [email protected] and we can sort it out.
